Enneagram training and typing-Janys is a certified Enneagram teacher. She can meet with groups to help people better understand their own group dynamics in the context of the Enneagram. She has successfully led groups locally at Oly Kraut to help the organization understand employee dynamics, and with the Health Care Authority to help the team understand themselves to better support the public service that they provide.

Typing sessions include a structured and a session to help people understand their Enneagram type. You can schedule this if you are not sure what your type is, or if you want a deeper understanding of yourself or other people. This can also be scheduled with a loved one to further understand your relationship.

Trainings-Janys has trained student for over 15 years and holds expertise in Motivational Interviewing, Feminist Intersectionality, and Humanistic Counseling. She has successfully led workshops on Cultural humility, Motivational Interviewing as a Construct for Clinical Supervision, and understanding how repair happens in relationships.

Supervision-Janys is a Clinical Supervisor in Washington state for post-master’s associates seeking licensure. She works with supervisees in dyadic supervision- meaning 2 supervises per session.
